Do front springs have sides?

I am sure this is a stupid question but...

Do stock and lift front springs have a left and a right side?

I know my BDS coils did,the taller spring is meant to go on passenger side to compensate for torque lean. set the coils on flat ground and see.it's just slightly taller.

Stock and OME have a left/right side.

My RE 4.5's seem to be the exact same as each other.
