I Have an XJ Dana 44 I am considering selling. Here is what all that's been done to it:
XJ Dana 44 w/ 3.55 gears, open diff.
Converted to ZJ disc brakes - axle flanges drilled, old holes filled.
Have rotors, calipers, hoses, Etc.
New e-brake shoes installed.
New axle bearings & seals w/ Rubi retainers installed.
Shock mounts modified (raised).
Currently it is without spring perches - axle would be sold with perches back on in stock position, rotated, or springover, also can set up for Comanche.
I'd have to get $650 for this setup, plus shipping from Memphis, TN 38141.
I have access to a warehouse, and would not have any trouble shipping this unit on a pallet.
I have a good local Jeep mechanic who can install the gears of your choice - arrangements could be made to have this done for a very reasonable price.
I also have a pair of wheel spacers I would not need if I sold this axle.
