d44 out of an 80's xj (feeler)

i found a mid 80's xj with a d44 drum to drum complete with e brake cables and it says limited slip fluid only on the tag also so i think its limited slip. asking 300 or a fair offer. located in simi valley 93065. also a metal gas tank skid out of the same xj make an offer.
