Ok I get mine the only place I can find them. They are made by Forney. and are $1.69 each. These are the ones that fit in my 4.5" grinder. What do you guys pay and where do you get them?

HF, they don't last as long as Forney's, but are 1/4 the price when bought in bulk..

Sait .035" thick 6" diameter. Best cutting disc made IMHO. I get them at my local welding supply (Weiler) and they're around $6-7. You get what you pay for.

These get my vote too. I use those in my 14 inch chop saw. Cuts like butter, and last longer than the cheapies.

Where do I find them adn what should I expect to pay?

 Did a Google! Fastenal has them in Florence for about the same price I pay for the Forney's. So next time I'm over there I'll grab a few. Thanks.

Yup. Forney sucks ass. Spent a few bucks more, and cut away.

I use Matabo .040 x 6" and love them have yet to find something they can't cut through. but make sure you have a grinder with some balls. I have a 13amp millwalkie(sp) variable speed and itsone of the best i've found.

last time I bought any i got the 6.5(or was it 7)" black and decker 3 pack from Wally world for like a buck 69. they suck a little but at that price you can afford to suck.

they were doing some special at harborfreight and I got 40 discs for about $15. they last almost as long and the ones from HD or Lowes. The best ones you can get are at welding shops, but it's still cheaper to buy the HF ones when they're on sale and you just have to change them a little more often

We have a couple of HF around if I'm into a drive but the last time I was in there they were clueless about them!
