We are moving into a new place in a couple months, and with the new layout, this table is just TOO big, we need to downsize.
Size of table; 72 L x 36 W x 30" H.
Comes with two matching black benches from IKEA, they fit perfectly under the table between the legs and can seat all together 6 people. Bench dimension 62 L x 14 W x18" H.
We originally had two chairs one on each ends so we could seat a total of 8 people with. In our current apartment we got rid of the chairs at the end. (Just was no room)
Custom built all metal frame, using 3/16, 1 1/2" square Tube. (Heavy and super durable)
Table top is 1 1/2" thick; built with 3/4" wood panel, Hardy backer, mortar, and Slate tile. There is 3 types of Slate tile; 10 12"x12" slate in the middle, smaller 1 3/4" tile surrounding the larger tiles and at each corner a custom Fleur-de-lis tiles(seen in pics.)
Original plan was to finish off the edges of table top with tile or metal strap but after our last move almost 3 years ago we never got to it. Wife painted the edges for now. New owner it would be there choice to do what ever they wish.
Table top is removable from frame.
We got $200 into the benches and almost $300 into the all the materials for the frame, Basic slate tile , and the custom
fleur-de-lis tiles.
Asking $250, willing to take offers. Someone would have to come pick it up, it is large and HEAVY. EMAIL; voodoox(at)comcast.net or (720-670-eight, zero eight eight)
