Up for sale is my roof rack that I built last winter. It is around 4' x 6' with square steel tubing. I welded tabs on the inside that mounted to existing holes in the factory roof rack mount. I never had any issue with this setup, my friend and I have both been up there (310 lbs.) with no worries. There is a small amount of surface rust where the paint chipped off in areas. I'm asking 150.00. I'm located in the Hayward, WI area, and can possibly drive an hour out for delivery.
