Custom aluminum fab...

I need a gas tank made for a buggy project of mine.
I will provide all specs and design.
It will be an approx. 12 gal. aluminum tank, basic flat sides with a triangular profile.

Is there anyone around here who would be interested in fabbing it up for me?

You find this unusual for Fab guy's. They are all flakes thats why eventually most go out of business. Most of the time they wont even call you back. You need to go in person.

Scrap dog was the only one to call me back, and he only did that after I bitched out the fab guys!

I'm thinkin' that it is time to end up with my own TIG welder as well as a larger brake.

I told you, I have access to all the tools and a Tig. Can you tig well? I can bend/cut everything, but I'd let someone else assemble it. The shop has a tig, and my buddy who's deployed has a nice miller tig he said to grab if I need it.
I'm going there today to fix crap for his wife, and so my wife can visit, I'll grab it. It's your call, but we could build this next weekend, just got to get the stuff cut/bent during the week.
