I have a new OBA sytem using a Viair compressor and a 2.5 gallon tank,, my my question is can the compressor be install upside down?? I looked on the website and didn't see anything that talked about it,, Im guessing that it can be because its oiless but I wasn't sure,, also the kit I ordered from sun performance with the air switches for the arbs came with "push in" type fittings... are these okay or will they leak??
thanks

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to mount it upside down. I've mounted Thomas compressors on their sides without any problems.

The push lock fittings work fine. I've got some old metal fittings without the o-rings and they are still performing well after 15 years of use.

Just make sure you don't colapse the hose when cutting and get as straight as edge as you can. I like using various flavors of razor knifes to cut the hose. I also use a little soapy water when assembling. First it lubes it going in and second it will bubble real quick if there happens to be a leak.
