correct course of action.....

Many f you viewed my original post about this before it was closed adn removed...

I appologize for its crudeness but i am very agrivated... I "purchased" a set of shocks from JET455 on this board and was told that they would be shipped by friday....that was 3 weeks and a few days ago and as i have yet to receive the shocks, or re-embursment im at a loss for what to do..i have tried emails, pm's and everything else i could think of to no avail....

Now i am asking all of you waht the correct course of action is...what am I supposed to do?
 
How did you pay for it? Hopefully with credit card or Paypal, so start the dispute resolution process right there.
 
Me. He can ask for a course of action. But was instructed to use the Feedback in the Classifieds to give negative feedback. 2nd time.
