Comp program needed

My new digicam does movies, but the files are HUGE, even on a short movie, and their AVI.....

I need a program that will convert the movie to MPG and also can shrink it down.

What do you guys use/recommend?

A program called Media Cleaner, I don't have it..but it's the Shizznat for compressing videos, takes the guesswork out
