coil and wires which ones

i been searching on wires and the ignition coil but not sure which one to get msd, accel, etc which ones you recomend me

Did you try and search?

I went through this a couple of weeks ago and found that the stock coil is more that sufficient for the 4.0. Search, search, and search some more and you'll find all you'd ever want to know about wires.

On Jegs.com they sell a set from Accel that includes wires, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor. They also sell the Accel coil seprately. I got both about 6 mo. ago and I noticed a gain in power over the stock wires.

I bought a set of Taylor custom fits for the 4.0 from Jegs or Summit. Very nice and fit well.

I too have the taylors but paid nothing since a buddy was selling his car that he had run them over his valve covers to avoid the headers on a small block chevy. I agree great product.

Upgrade to the '00+ coil-on-plug. Dunno if it's compatible with an earlier ECU or not though.

It's not and why would you want to? No advantage and a lot of people have problems with it.
