Clutch/Shifting problem

My nephew has a 95 YJ 2.5,5spd .130,000 miles
Problem is when shifting ,after 4 or 5 shifts the tranny will scrape when shifting.Clutch MC has been replaced as well as the line to the throw-out bearing.System has been bled several times.
After sitting for several days it will shift fine for 4 or 5 shifts and then start the grinding.
When shifting delibertly(sp) slow, no grinding.Shifting at a normal speed it will grind.I guess that the throw out bearing is sucking air into the system,but that is only a GUESS.
Anyone have a solid answer?

No solid answers, but I have a similar problem with my '87 MJ. I haven't got it sorted out yet. I'm considering changing over to silicone brake fluid, even though the FSM says to use only Mopar manual clutch fluid (not regular brake fluid).

My unproven theory is that the line from the master cylinder to the slave passes very close to the exhaust manifold, and the heat may be boiling the fluid. Silicone brake fluid has a much higher boiling point than DOT-3 or even DOT-4 brake fluid, so I'm hoping that may make a difference.

How close to the manifold does the line run in the YJ? Maybe insulating or re-routing would help.

I have no idea how close the line runs to a heat source.But will pass the info along.
