Hello All,
I'm back on the forum and searching for a decent XJ. My 88 has just gotten so tired and the rust battle has taken its toll. So here is what I'm looking for: Clean basically stock or slightly modified 2000ish around the 6K area and hopefully not with 300k miles. I spent the day off yesterday and many hours looking all over. Its very frustrating since so many people advertise in this area as "rust free" and when I get there the door bottoms are gone or there are big holes in the rockers. I can deal with some minor issues, heck I learned the hard way on my 88 since I did just about everything. Maybe I am asking for too much?? Im willing to travel within reason, but I hate to drive 300 miles only to find a turd. Any suggestions are welcome!
