I don't think you want them for your XJ. They are not Fordyce approved.

If you really don't want ot listen to good advise, I have seen them as cheap as $30 for a pair, Google and Ebay are your friends.

correct! NOT Fordyce approved! poomba's were a lovely Z shape by half-way.

did they get tore up that bad? How did they bend into a Z? Are they just not strong enough?

If you notice when your leafs are at full droop, they kinda twist a bit. The leaves spread out. Most of the Chevy shackles are just formed sheet metal, maybe 1/8" thick. My daystar shackles are at least 1/4" and I have not had a single issue with them. Actually I don't think I have heard of any major failures from most of the XJ Shackles MFG's out there.

That is a bit sttep. How much lift? maybe 40 including shipping?
