Cherokee "Stealth" Package

Yeah I'm not that retarded but was it actually a package or is that just what this guy was calling it?

I like the wheels.

Anybody else notice the HVAC controls are upside down?

The steering wheel is on the wrong side!!!!!!

:laugh3:
Does anyone know who makes that steeringwheel? Doesnt look stock, but Ive never seen it before.

I dunno, but I wish I could get my hands on some of that "ball bearing" paint they used on the SR's! There's your "stealth" - reduced RADAR return. I'd like that when dealing with CHP (and it would be cheaper than active jamming. I wonder if I still have the plans for that in the Archives...)

5-90

That stealth package reminds me alot of qwkjeeps xj. starboard m, i'm not sure but i think that steering wheel says "momo" on it. momo is a maker of steering wheels. I could definately see myself in one of those stealth'd xj's. i think i'd put some 17-18" rims on it though. :D i wish they would have made those here in the usa. i'm definately in love with this xj.

you could pimp that thing all day blasting the Knight rider theme song... that would be soo badass...

The RHD setup looks odd, more-so than most other RHD's i've seen..

I like the interior on that thing...its nice, without being pimp

very stylish

cool find

and that rear spolier looks cool too---gives it that Land Rover look from behind

I thought so too. Wonder where he got it.

I'm not thinking thats a factory package. maybe a dealership thing? I'd love to have leather in mine though. The steering wheel and that add-on sidemarker light and that carbon fiber dash and shifter is definetly new.
Is that a body kit he has on there? Seems like more plastic than I've ever seen on anything out of the factory.
I wonder where the dash kit came from.

I think it was all done by the owner, just calls it his stealth package. Overall I like it, not too overdone Just needs to be lifted and the plastic taken off!

I like how the speedo goes to 120mph. I wonder why MPH is the primary label on that speedo though, I thought they were metric over there.

Speeds and speed limits are set in MPH, but things like food are labelled primarily in metric, but also show lbs and ounces for us old folks :)

Ahh that makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up.

No, it was a factory limited-edition option on UK-spec RHD models for a short time. I vaguely remember seeing an ad for them in either Car or Top Gear magazine, and used to periodically drive past a dealer that had a couple on the lot when I was in college.

I´d kill for that rear spoiler! Did anybody know something about it? Who? Where? How much?

The plastic on the head lights is made by a company named EGR and looks pretty ugly in reality. If any is interested, I can digout a picture.

The steering wheel seems indeed to be made by Momo, an italy-based company.

The body kit looks like the "Performance package" sold in Germany, built by a company called Haslbeck.
