Chapter bank account

how do i check the chapter email again?

Sean.... Me thinks you forgot to do something wednsday. We need to get you and james added ASAP. Even more importantly you need to deposit the chapter money into the chapter bank account. Before we're fined. This kind of scenario is why I asked if you were going to have the time for this job given so many other responsibilitys you have. If you cannot keep up with your responsibilitys for the club I suggest you jump ship now. I am about to dump a time sensitive one one you. So when are you going to drop in the money?
 
Woah. Wasn't aware this was a bitch about thread. I feel I have been keeping up with my responsibilities very well and then some. I wasn't aware that it was the Presidents responsibilities to start the account without the Treasurers knowledge. The money would be in there already if I had been able to do it my self as is stated in the bylaws.

However there were complications on Wednesday getting the money into the account. Ive sent you a few texts between then and now with no response.... is your phone dead once again?

They would not let me put the money into the account with just having the number. Since it is in fact an organization account the name on the account has to be present which I had a feeling about (since I have handled this before being a president and treasure of club organizations through school). So when you get the chance we need to go in and have my name and james' added to the account. And we can deposit the cash then.

I am off tomorrow no school or work. Hope you can make the time to get this done.

You're the treasurer remember thats your job and you made it clear you want me out of your job. I will let you do your job. If you don't do your job I will take your job. If you can not or will not do your job. I suggest you jump ship. Now grow up and take responsibility.

There will be no jumping ship. I have done what has been asked of me and then some and you know that is truth. If there is an issue with me only being 19 and not "grown up" then you should not have nominated me nor elected me. Read your PM and stop taking your personal issues to the board. If you have a problem with me you discuss it man to man away from James and Tyler here and the rest of the board in the regular forums. It is shit like this that causes people to lose interest. And I am starting to realize why our longest member is pissed off on here.

This is an internet site about helping people with their rigs and to set up runs to wheel. Its not a place for drama and bullshit.
 
I did read it. Twice before I sent it. I don't see a an ounce of personal probles in any of my actions, and mean every single last word. Maybe I should cc the other board members and ask if they see anything personal. This has nothing to do with a personal conflict. Everything I have sent via the internet has not been public. Except laugh at Tylers statement of your Jeep. I tried calling you last night and left a message asking you to call me back.. All I want you to do is be proactive in your assignent. If you ever need any assistance please contact me or someone else on the board.

Chapter Board of Directors

A. There shall be three Officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer/ Recorder. The decision-making authority rank shall flow in the order listed above, with the President possessing the highest level. This authority rank is only applicable in decision-making circumstances where a Board of Directors vote is not feasible, such as during an Event.

B. Chairman of the Board: The elected President shall serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and shall preside over all Board of Directors activities.


Read this next section thouroghly.

D. The Treasurer/Recorder shall be responsible for ascertaining that a complete record is kept of all activities of the Chapter. The Treasurer/Recorder shall have the care and custody of all funds of the Chapter. He/she shall receive all monies, pay all bills, and keep true and accurate accounting of all monies received and dispersed. He/she shall, at the conclusion of each fiscal year of the Chapter, render to the Board of Directors a full and complete written statement of the condition of the Chapter, as well as of all monies received and dispersed during the period covered by the report.

You haven't done any of this. Also you could have cashed the check and then deposited the money. What you have done is kept a BOD run going without a trail leader and now blame shifting for lack of trail leaders. Which is wreckless and irresponsible.

Chapter funds are your job. You made it very clear to me you do not want me doing what you're supposed to be doing. I do not want to do your job. If you do not want to do your job. Please tell me now. I know someone who is more than willing to take your place. Someone who delivers and does not blame shift.

I am ultimately responsible for this chapter. I only want people who are going to work with me to improve it in everyway. If you are unwilling to look forward and not hold gripes you are more than welcome to stay.

If you do not like the way I handle my responsibilitys PM lobsterdmb or post a thread in the national members section. I will be recalling you if you do not start doing what you were chosen to do. This chapter has been through too much BOD abuse and it is going to stop under my watch.

The third paragraph should have read " If you are willing to look for and not hold gripes" That is a typo.

I never mentioned any attacks other than the fact of two occasions you falsely accused me of not doing my job and telling me to "grow up and take responsibility" and that the only thing I have done is kept a Bod run going which is "wreckless and irresponsible".

well You wouldn't be able to tell if i called if your phone was dead right? and there are other ways which is why I used facebook.
