Carport building?

Just curious if anyone has built a carport before, and what type of budget I would be looking at? I would love to have a place protected from the elements to do some work not only on my XJ, but my Cougar as well at some point. Or if anyone has any recommendations for what else I could do that would accomplish the same thing that would be great as well. I'm not rolling in cash, so examples of what could be done on a small budget would be great.

I second that! I got $125 e-z up tent from Wally world, and some coveralls. I wait until October to do big jobs if I can.

Kinda depends on how I do it I suppose. The way my driveway is set up it is behind the house, with the house to the left, and there is another storage shed in "front" of the driveway. So all I would need to do is have the roof and enclose the side opposite the house and I would be fairly sheltered from most of the elements but should have a good amount of air movement to keep it from getting super hot. Maybe get one of those big outdoor fans for out there to keep air circulating under the roof.
