Nope it's not mine, we are still making our mortgage payment no worries my friends.

This is a neighbors house on my court and they are way upside down on thier mortgage and moving back to AL. Nice place, .5AC plus lot, totally updated inside and brand new pool. They sunk a crapload of money on it. Bank will probably take $430-440K for it, who knows maybe less. 4BR. 3 BA.

The reason i am posting this is I want a gearhead/wheeler to live next door so I don't look so bad when my driveway is full of projects :)

8/05, they would have gotten $599 for it, no problemo. We are back to 2003 prices up here, heading towards 2002 maybe. They put about $100K into it with new pool, kitchen, baths and flooring and bought it for $485 in 8/04.

That's the place to the West of you, right?
Wish I was in a position to afford a place like that, that's a nice house.

you know, you would look maaaahhhhvelous in that house, BC.

I wish. I just need a wife who has a good job and I'm set. But..... :wierd:

I think Phil needs to buy that place now that he's graduated and working full time.

no kidding. His wife is an engineer too, no less. DINK, anybody? I actually meant to say that anybody other than phil can buy the house, because he will just drink all my beer and run up my electrical bills with his plasma projects :)

geesh the state of the RE market, I guess I will be stuck here awhile, maybe I will have to build that shop, wife says pool first, but luckily theres no way she would get it started :)

So does it have rv access, How much of that back yard is flatish? Can I park my project vehicles on the grass?

There is a pretty good side of the yard for RV Access, you would need to build a "gate" like I have. About 1/2 the lot is flat. Pools suck. It would be awesome having you guys next door, at least I wouldn't have to worry about 1) you drinking all my beer and 2) your welds making mine look bad

Nah, I would convert you to mormonism, so you wouldn't drink your beer anymore anyway, and then you wouldn't be able to get Marni drunk and you wouldn't be able to get any action. :) :)

Teach you to make fun of my welds :) :)
