I'm a fellow XJ'er. A year and a half ago I had two brain surgeries for an Arnold Chiari Malformation type I. I started Zipperhead Productions back in January to help raise money for charities, foundations, non-profits, and hospitals. Most of my events have been geared towards neurological disorders but with last month being Breast Cancer Awareness Month and breast cancer recently hitting home with a family member and my ex girlfriend I thought this would be an appropriate non-profit for my next event. (I think this is the right form to post this under, it's not spam, if it needs to be moved that's cool)

you MUST bring in the flier in order for a percentage of your check to be donated.

November 19th at Chili's in Cool Springs, directly across from the mall (Franklin TN)

http://www.myspace.com/zipperheadproductions

10% of your check will be donated to Susan G Komen for the Cure.

if you can't come because you're to far away then call up some people you know in Nashville and get them to come (remind them to bring the flier!!)

I'll be there all day it'd be sweet if some fellow local XJ owners could drive their jeeps out!

email me if you have any questions @ [email protected]

Yeah, i'd for sure ddo something like that if it were at a place closer to me... Utah's a long ways away! Good luck with the fund raising, a lotta people out there with a need. It's nice to see people making a real effort to do something about it! I say keep posting things like this. Maybe there will be something i could participate in. :)

X2 to all of that, Only Portland, OREGON here. Thats a long ways.

Well done sir! Bravo to you for turning your misfortune into a great positive thing!

Now..... I gotta ask....... "Zipperhead"....... usually a derogatory term extended toward Asians........ I think I get where you got it from - derrived from all your surgeries (right?). Any fear of offending anyone and it affecting your ability to raise awareness/funds? Just curious what the reception of "Zipperhead Productions" has been for ya.
