My boss was trying to buy a new engine for his 93 ZJ. He bought a 87-90 renix era long block with a recent rebuild. Previous owner claimed 60K miles since being rebuilt.

Available for pick up in Walnut Creek.

He paid $300, make a reasonable offer and I bet he will take it.

Must pick up, no way to deliver the engine.

I'm sorry I ever got involved in this thing.

Some poor guy answered my boss' ad on craigslist and drove from Salinas to Walnut Creek to buy this thing.

Wouldn't turn over very well. So I decide to pull the head. I found this:
