best bang for buck-97 tahoe

Just picked up a 97 tahoe 5.7, $2200,dam near mint, hoping to use it as my tow rig, thing is bone stock, what are my best choices for power mods? thinking:
t/b spacer,jet performance chip,cold air intake,high flow airflow meter, and don't really want to mess with headers.thanks
