Pair of 2.63" Ballistic Joints, with 7/8-14tpi shanks. One LH and one RH thread.
Joints were only used for mock up, never run. I do believe I have the other jam nut hanging around somewhere.
$80 for the pair, located in Fort Collins.

I've got some Firesleeve I did not end up using on my build.
The sleeve is from Firesleeve.com, it is their aerospace style sleeve.
I have (not willing to cut rolls, all or none):
- 28' of 1-1/8" sleeve - retails for $3.48/foot + shipping - $90 for the entire roll
- 2' of 1-1/2" sleeve - retails for $4.46/foot + shipping - $5.00
- 2' of 1-5/8" sleeve - retails for $4.51/foot + shipping - $5.00
