Attachment Upload Error

I am getting the following error when trying to upload an attachment:
IMG_1954.JPG:
Exceeds forum quota by 6.41 MB.

The image is only 48 KB.

Sorry, I didn't specify that it was the Jeep Picture Showcase that I was trying to upload the picture to.

Where is the photo hosted? You can't just upload one to the site from your hard drive... it must be hosted remotely.

If I am understanding this post, I don't think I have to host it for the Jeep Picture Showcase and should be able to add it as an attachment.
