are 99+ intake manifolds the same?

I know the head changed in 2000, but did the intake manifold also change?

I have been looking for a 99 engine to swap into my beater and they are being a little difficult to find, so I'm wondering if I can get an intake manifold from 2000+ and it will bolt up the same, or if the coil rail changes also made the later intakes different. Anybody know?

the intake ports are the same on the 99-01 models
only the exhaust ports changed in 00, when the 0331 head was introduced
