Anyone Recognize This XJ Buggy?

just wondering if anyone knows anything about this rig? its for sale but the guy who is selling it bought it built already and doesn't know a lot about it.

I don't recognize it but I'm getting ready to do something similar to mine and I'd like to see more pictures of it. It appears to still have a back seat and leafs in the rear?

Yes apparently its still using the factory mount locations. Its been swapped to a 44/9" combo. Leafs in the rear and short arms in the front.
