No papers makes me wonder.....It's on craigslist SFbay for only $1000. There's a picture of it on that posting.

SELLING AS A PARTS JEEP DUE TO NO PAPERS. Please understand this before responding.

This is basically a complete Running Jeep Cherokee 4.0 auto with a nice 5 - 6 inch lift kit and 33x12.5x15 Dunlop Mud Duellers monted on 15x10 Centerline Wheels. Also has front off road lights and 3 Thule load bars and tube stepping board on sides that is all included. I'm selling it as a parts jeep because I don't have the papers for it and I don't have the time to work on it. All registration fees have bee paid for though. Everyting works on the jeep and engine and tranny runs strong, the only thing that needs attention on the jeep is maybe a paint job and a fuel leak at one of the fuel injectors due to a bad o-Ring. I have bought new ones and will come with the jeep. Price is $1000 Or Best Offer.

It looks good, if it's legit. :) Nothing a little paperwork and hassle at the DMV cannot work out. If it is registered and has a plate, how hard is it to track down the history, ownership, etc?

Actually, picked up a project last week at a lien sale auction for $50. I posted this in case it was hot and getting ready to be parted out. Looked too nice for parting out even if it was missing paperwork.

Wow, $50, that great Tom. Yeah, it's a bit iffy with the lift, tires, and running condition. I see these for for $300 though in running condition for a stocker on craigslist. I picked up a few and sold them for more, this is a great place to look to get a rig cheap to build up or resell, or both. :)
