Due to rising gas prices and my lust for another bike I picked up this bad boy for a deal. She is SUPER clean 2003 GSX-R 750.

I'd ride it, gotta get better than the V-8 zj, my current dd.

Besides a cruiser (Honda Shadow 750), the other bike I like is this.

OF course financially can't afford any bike right now. Already have my motorcycle license though. A motorcycle would be great for right now going to work. I could get a (DUI) scooter, but I wouldn't be caught dead on one.

I may be picking up a mid 80s Honda Nighthawk 650cc in the next few weeks. We'll see how things work out though.

That'll be a good starter bike. Cheap and super reliable.

I have had many bikes
ninja 250, first bike had it for 3 months
then I had a bandit 600
then a Ducati Monster 750
then a sv1000

The sv was by far the most fun and scared me until the day I sold it, never got use to all that torque.....I still have my license but not sure if I will ever get another bike.

I used to road race 600 Super Sport and Super Bike in the CCS circuit. Stopped in 2004 after I got married. Last fall I picked up a '79 Yamaha XS650. I'm building a "brat style" bobber out of it. Nice gixer BTW!

Awesome. I love track days, but don't get many of them in.

I've had several sport bikes over the years... ended up with a 750 Honda shadow I bought new in 03. Modded the dirty shit out of it and had a nice metric chopper. Then never rode it and sold it last spring........

Having no bike (even thou I put 200 miles on in 2 years ) lasted all of a week. Lol

I went out a snagged up one of the last of the last Buell 1125's brand new for 6400 out the door with 0 miles!

Plan on a few track days this summer. Get rid of those chicken strips on the pirelli :D

Good luck getting parts, Buell is shut down now!

I ride a '85 Kawasaki ZL 900 "Eliminator" I love the look on the crotch rocket riders faces when they try to get on it and I'm still there.

Thats why I said "one of the last". I has a full warranty and Ive had no issues with any thing as of yet. But "Buell" is still in business, Eric is alive and well with his new company known as EBR (Eric Buell Racing). they make race bikes now and his (Eric Buell) No Compete with H-D is almost up and will have a new roadbikes coming shortly using the same XB based chassis running the rotax powerplant used in the 1125's. H-D was the worst thing that ever happened to Buell and now we will see some real pieces of absolute american made perfection in the near future... :D:D:D

And in the mean time I may have to go pick up one of them fancy KTM RC8's

Yeah I saw that afterwards. My cousins husband works at a Harley dealership as a tech and he said its been one hell of a time getting parts for them. I alwasy thought they were cool bikes and look way meaner than a lot of the jap bikes. Sucks they couldn't stay afloat.

I ride a custom cbr 600 f2 that a built last year. It is currently in pieces because I'm cahnging a few things and repainting it again.
