An odd concern... (FireFox)

Has anyone else noticed this? It seems, when I view this site in FireFox (per normal,) it never quites finishes loading. All graphics and such come up, and the links work, but the "load" icon keeps rolling.

I've only noted the issue in FireFox, and only here. MSIE (which I very rarely use!) and Netscape don't seem to have this problem - but all my bookmarks and such are in FireFox, and it's my primary browser.

I'm not sure if it's a local issue or indicitave of something there, but I thought I should mention it... It's been happening for about the last week.

Operating Environment:
IBM ThinkPad T30
Windows 2000PRO SP4
FireFox 1.5.0.7

Connecting via SBC/AT&T (whatever the Hell PacBell is calling itself now...) full rate aDSL, piped over a router into wired and 802.11b/g ethernet (secured - WEP/PSK)

Again, this seems to be limited to this site only, and only in FireFox. Problem seems to occur in post searches (like the "New Posts" link) and when viewing individual posts.

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help.

for some reason, I've been having lots of issues with the latest version of Firefox in general. The scroll bars are missing when page should be scrollable. Scrollbars missing in the Downloads window
Downloads causing the browser to hang
etc
etc
 
Yes, I have seen the same thing, but it's not doing it right now.
I just thought it was my computer, but I guess not.

BTW, anyone else, when you click on just any part of a web page, besides links, does a cursor show up on the line of text where you clicked?
For example, if I click on the page next to 5-90's name, a cursor starts blinking next to his name.
It does that anywhere on the page.

Nope - nothing like that.

I just checked, and I do have the most current version (not that that's a plus, but I thought I'd toss it out there.)

I've been getting timeouts on Dana Expert as well - both in FireFox and Netscape. MSIE doesn't have a problem - as long as I don't open too many windows at once (damn... This is going to take longer than I'd thought...)

Hmph, my problem must be some sort of spyware or virus that I can't track down with all my cool "anti" software.
 
mine does it every now now and then. it was "loading" this page for about a minute after it had loaded.
