alligning tires for track bar

I got my tie rod made today for my hp 44 and am going to make the Track bar tomorrow. I know that I need the tires to be straight or centered for measuring from the pitman to the knuckle, it's a high steer set up. I was wondering what is the easiest way to do this?

Sorry everyone I ment that I need to allign or center my tires to measure for my drag link not track bar.
