these are the napier precision fender flares for a 97+ cherokee. i bought them thinking they'd fit my 88 but they dont. i trimmed the passenger front flare to fit my rock rails but none of the others have been touched and if needed i can get you a good price if you decide you don't like the trimmed flare. comes with all the hardware and rubber trim piece.
