96' ZJ 5.2L super rare Orvis, needs new motor, selling cheap IL/WI

I bought a rare 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Orvis Edition 5.2L that wasn't running and have determined the motor is locked up. I have 5 other Jeeps and don't have the time or $ to put into this as I'm almost done modifying my 98' 5.9L ZJ.

It is located in Roscoe, IL 61073 close to the IL/WI border 80 miles NW of Chicago.

It is green with a black dash and very worn front seats. I have a pair of 95' Orvis seats that go along with it but they are lighter colored tan in that year compared to the 96' and 97' Orvis edition.

I have a 98' 5.9L ZJ already that I'm building up but that motor and trans would be awesome in the Orvis ZJ!

How much are you selling them for?

I unfortunately still need to sell the Orvis ZJ but if I can get the motor and trans cheap enough maybe I can store it away for a year till after the baby is born and my life is more settled and the Jeep herd is more manageable. :doh:

How miles on the 5.9L engine/trans/tcase ? What shape?

I would love to do that swap but need $ and have 6 Jeeps so need to cut down with a baby on the way in late October.

126k. Ran great when I got t boned and it was totaled. Shifted amazing. The 249 is not so great though. I have never seen a good one.
