I am looking at selling my 96 teal xj 4door. this jeep is in decent shape with only minor dings and a small dent by the rear bumper on the drivers side. has newer front seats so the interior is in very good shape no tears or stains. It has 217k miles and runs very strong starts on the first crank with no peddle and even starts without problems at -10. has a new radiator and runs cool, doesn't use any oil but does have the usual high milage drip. a/c blows cold has newer tires on 16in wheels.

Has a set of FRANK Z's sliders and a basket rack on the roof, has power windows and locks (all work) cruise control and automatic transmission.

this jeep is a great runner and I was planning on doing a lift but the wife who drives it the most has decided she wants something newer (fancier) so im selling it

the bad. it has a cracked windshield, im going to check with my folks at work to see how expensive it will be to replace and the rod came off the drivers back door outside handle so i just need to put it back on but the door still opens from the inside ill fix it if i can get the time.

I would not hesitate to take this jeep on a long trip it is very reliable and has tons of power (it blows the doors off my toyota pu) and is averaging over 20mpg.

well the replacement jeep is here so if anyone knows someone who wants a great xj let me know. its a good one,

one edit to the origional post the tires and wheels are being moved to the new jeep so it will have 15in jeep rims on it again and the tires are so so that are going back on it. i figure anyone who buys it will prob build it anyway and the new jeep needs the shoes more. ill drop the price down to 1700obo to compensate. its going up on craigs list next week and ill have pics up here in the next day or so ive just been so busy opening the new store i have not been able to get the taken.

new one is sitting behind it in the pics, a 97 grand cherokee with the cleanest interior ive ever seen. now i just need the teal 96 to go away so i can pay myslef back for the white one.
