I have a chevy 4.3 I was going to build up to throw in the big XJ, but I have too much crap going on right now and I don't know if I'll ever get around to doing it, plus i could use the money to fund my other engine build :confused1
Motor is out of a 95 chevy s10, and was complete when i got it but would not turn over with a breaker bar on the crank pulley so I tore it down. found the problem to be rust buildup in the number 2 cylinder. doesn't look too bad, I scrubbed it down with oil and a scotchbrite pad and it turns freely now, but it will need to be honed out.
I have all the pieces, and the portion of the engine wiring that I recieved with it, which is not complete. what is left on the block is the crank, rods, pistons, cam, timing gears and chain. Everything else including every bolt I pulled out of it is in a plastic tub. I also have the NV3500 manual trans that was bolted to it with all of the clutch parts and flywheel.
Make offer on either or both, I need them out of here. Ryno picked up the ECU for this engine for me as well recently, so I can throw that in with it.
