Billy thanks for holding this for me...I've got to tell you a funny coincidence about this axle...
When I got up to Savoy I grabbed the first guy I saw hanging around the campsite, DonnyG, to help drag the axle out of my Jeep. Donny gets one look at the custom diff cover and says "what the? where'd you get his? This was MY axle".
Apparently this 8.25 has a long history with Northeast Jeep, it was originally in XJMark's red XJ before he went to coils and 1 tons, he sold it to Detour who had it in his black XJ. Detour squeezed an extra disk into the limited slip and it was his secret locker. He sold it to Donny who had it in his silver XJ which Donny sold to Mike B who sold the axle to you who sold it to me. 6 owners in 4 different NEJeep XJ's...pretty cool. :sunshine:
