300 bearing replacement

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me out. I've got a good deal lined up on a nicely put together 300 that I want to pick up but it needs the rear output bearings replaced. Can anyone tell me what this repair could be worth (time/parts)? Or if it might be an indication of further issues? I'd love to be able to fix this issue myself but I unfortunately don't have any space to work on it currently, so I'm stuck with having to pay for it.
