2003 Civic bearing noise

I just bought a '03 Civic 5-speed that I thought needed a clutch because it was at the end of it's throw and it sounded as if the throw out bearing was shot. With the clutch out it would growl, clutch in it stops. It would also raise iwth the RPM. I put in a new clutch with new bearings and resurfaced fly wheel and it still makes the same noise. What else could there be?

i dont know but i have an 03 civic SiR with 33,000 miles you could buy for parts

:shhh: Don't tell me that. I want this to be my DD. The Jeep is supposed to be the project vehicle.

yeah mine was supposed to a dd too.. it sits in the garage.. never seen snow.. stored winters and i drive it maybe a couple of times a month.. its a cool little car, fast , and corners like its on rails , but the jeep is cooler
