The Dealership is unlikely to have the less common parts for a 14 year old Jeep. Even if they did, they will want $1,000-1,200 for the harness.
You best option is to hit the junkyards, Craigslist, and the For Sale section of the forum and find a good used one;.

No luck at stealership. I'm thinking your right about Craigslist and junkyards. I'm too busy to hit the junkyard myself but I'm good at internet searching.

Body harness? Engine compartment?
To be truthful I haven't had a XJ harness out, but most cars have a few main pieces rather than one gigantic harness.
