Hate to do this, but I have come to the realization our family needs a bigger truck. 2 adults, 3 small kids plus 2 dogs doesn't play well with a ext cab truck. I have another tow rig in the wings, so this has to go. I know values on used 6.5s aren't great, but I'm hoping for the best. I bought the truck bone stock 1 1/2 years ago, so all mods and maintenance have been performed within the last 10k. Always has good oil pressure, I have ran synthetic 5W40 since I've owned it, changed every 3k. Fuel filters changed every 5k and 2 stroke oil in every tank.

Basics:
1996 K2500 6.5L w/ 162k.
NV4500 5 speed trans.
Manual shift transfer case.
14 bolt rear w/ 4.10s & G80.
Power windows/locks.
Ice cold A/C (to the point I have to turn it down b/c the wife complains).
2" receiver hitch.
PO claims to have replaced clutch right before I bought it, so ~15k ago.
No rust!
Mods/Maintenance:
Vac pump delete/new shorter belt.
Homemade wastegate controller set at 12psi max.
Boost gauge.
EGT gauge - probe placed in crossover as close to turbo as I could get.
Custom 2.5" crossover.
Full stainless 4" exhaust with muffler.
Custom intercooler**
98+ water pump.
180 degree t'stat in single crossover (could put 195 back in if desired).
Removed rad and flushed internally and externally. Also flushed A/C condenser.
New lower rad hose.
New Dorman oil cooler lines. Flushed oil cooler at the same time.
New Bosch India injectors.
New injector return lines.
New AC Delco 60G glow plugs.
New clutch master cylinder.
Custom tuned KOJO PCM.
Custom air intake.
Rebuilt t'case with all new bearings and seals.
New Remy Gold alternator with beefy charge wire.
Relocated PMD to bumper on heat sink.
New PMD from Pensacola Diesel.
Cheapo LED strobes in taillights and backup lights.
New 65 group batteries.
OBD II High Idle mod. All 3 RPM levels.
Front axle electrical disconnect for 2low.
Pioneer 1.5 DIN stereo.
Option Racing power tow mirrors**
55 watt rear floodlights on a manual switch.
Nearly new (< 7k miles) 265/75R16 Treadwright ATs
Removed side moldings and put on high-speed Heavy Duty decals.
I'm sure I have missed something, I will update this as I remember.
The bad stuff:
Leaks oil from filter housing. I replaced the o-rings once but it started again.
Trans seeps from extension housing. Loses less than 1 quart every 6 mo.
Clutch jumpy when hot. Still shifts fine, but on takeoff it jerks.
3rd-4th synchro not in the best shape; have to be deliberate on the 3-4 shift.
Passenger door dented at the bottom (see pic below). Still functions fine, cosmetic only.
Tailgate hammered (see pic below). Still functions fine.
Hole in rear bumper from PO 6 round trailer outlet.
Misc dents and scratches from being a farm truck.

WITHOUT intercooler and tow mirrors - $5500 obo.
I will be removing the ScanGaugeII (on the steering column) and trailer brake controller. The toolbox will stay for a full price offer, anything less and I'll keep it.
