Does anyone have (or know of a link to) installation instructions for RE's 1.75" coil spring spacers? I just got a pair, and I don't wanna out them in without instructions.

Thanks...

support front of XJ at the frame behind the wheels high enough to lift teh tires from teh ground, remove the wheels, place low profile jack under the axle remove tension from the shocks, take loose bottom shock bolts,, take loose swaybar, drop axle with jack, if high enough the spring will slip right out put in spacer reinstall spring an reassemble. if you have lifted springs you might have to rent some coil spring compressors.

OK.. Which end up on these spacers? One side of the spacer is flat, and the ends are different. Know what I mean..?

You can ask RE. It's not hard. Just take the tires off. Disconnect the driveshaft, trac bar and shocks in that order and maybe the steering linkage if you are already lifted. The front axle should fall down enough to just take the springs out. It can also be pried or stood on if the control arms bind a little. If the brake lines are too short, the callipers can easily be removed at this point. Leave the lines on them. I left the stock coil isolators in place between the springs and the spacers.
It should go without saying that you need to support the body of the XJ safely while doing this. I've met a few guys in wheelchairs who didn't believe in solid jackstands.
Hope this helps.
