I just got done installing my junkyard 4.0L. I had the head done, new gaskets, oil pan, rear main, ect.... Im trying to prime the Oil pump by hand before i fire it up. I spun the pump for a while and have yet to see any oil come out of the pushrods/rockers. Im spinning the oil pump...

I cant with out screwing up the new alt. I am going to just cut the wires at the plug, and crimp on the 2 ring terminals i need but I need to know if those field coil wires are polarized, does it matter which terminal either wire goes to? I just cant seem to figure it out, but im leaning to, no...
