96 XJ stock dana 30 (no disconnect and no abs) chrysler 8.25 locker 33's tsl 3in lift

I checked it with my friend under body and discovered the steering gear box are bad. I replaced it from junkyard. Now it doesnt make loud noises. Just small clunks. Possible bad ball joints or uca/lca bushings.

1996 xj . I replaced axle shaft. it is same model and year as my xj. any else infos you want know, ask me I am new here. you guys can call me xj rookie.

u joint on axle shaft. Also I forget add new wheel hub too. its d30 no disconnect and no abs

4.88 with 33's tires on freeway is it with 4.0l and aw4 tranny. does rpm go too high and drank too much gas? will 4.27 good for 33's ?

:confused:- I am try understand the thread about 27 spline shaft and 29 spline shaft questions. I have 8.25 axle with 27 spline shafts. Can I replace 27 to 29 spline shafts on 27 spline axle? Will there need change gears? If so, It will be cheaper to swap spline 29 axle instead change...

Help.. Any idea what can cause front u joint break repeatly in abt every 1k miles. I replaced axle shaft, all tierods. It still break. Is it possbile cause by ball joints or bad axle?

it happened to my friend, He drilled hole slight bigger and die thread tap. Install slight bigger bolts. It works

1996 Sport without disconnect axle. I will ask someone to listen while I turn steering. Thanks for input.
