I put new hardware on the collector pipe flanges. The leak is better but i will need to tighten when the engine is cold. Thanks!

@Owl2059 thanks. I was mistaken. It’s actually the 2 bolt flanges where my leak is occurring from where the cats meet the exhaust manifold. It’s metal to metal but i was wondering if anyone knows of a gasket that may fit there to solve the leak. Thanks.

Hi, I have an ‘01 XJ with the factory dual cat setup on the exhaust. This exhaust has a small leak coming from the flange where the exhaust pipe meets the manifold. To my understanding, there is no longer a donut gasket included where the flange meets the manifold after ‘00. I was curious...
