how do I get these bolts off! Help!

grind the head of the bolt down flush with the bracket. Stack washers on the stud then put the nut back on. Wrench on it with a rachet and they will pull right out.

    Turn signal issues

Searched and didnt find the answer I was looking for. Turn signals do not work, but flashers do. That leads me to believe that its not the relay or the fuse seeing as its a 99 and they share these in common. Tried replacing the turn signal switch and they still dont work. Any ideas? Thanks, Matt

    relocating trac bar

I did the same but I driller mine about 3/4" up and over away from the factory hole. Just make sure you tighten the bolt real tight. Guess mine was too loose I assumed the play in the steering was from having bigger tires but I had my buddy turn the wheel right to left while the truck was...

Big tcase drop issues!!!@#@!$#$ HELP ME!!!!

I ground my studs down on two opposite sides to create a surface to grip with vise grips and it came out no problem. As far as the stripped out bolt hole goes your best bet is probably to drill it out, retap the hole and use a larger bolt. Three bolts should be fine on the street but I...

    rockkrawler updates

Ive looked at every kit under the sun and lurked in forums far and wide and this kit is my top pick. I really like the three link design, less to bind and mucho flex. Lots of other companies use the radius arm setups which look kind of sketchy to me. All IMHO

    rockkrawler updates

From the research that Ive done it seems all the welding that needs to be done is on the new LCA mounts which actually bolt in place and then are welded on for structural integrity. In therory you can have these welded on at a shop, drive home and put the remainder of the lift in youself which...
