You get what you pay for. I bought IPF housings with fat boy bulbs and upgraded the wire harness and the results were amazing. A stock xj's lights can not hardly be seen when shining down the street next to mine. But to answer your question anything would be better then the factor lights.
Check out warns website. They are now selling refurbished winches for half the price. But you get the same warranty as if you were to buy a new one. Sounds like a no brainer to me. :guitar:

I would call lockright and ask them or have them send you a parts list. I put one in mine a couple years ago. Mine had all those parts plus a spacer to put in the middle of the locker during install to check spacing and to keep the locker from locking during install
