    Are D30 shafts the same between 98 and 2000? The 98 has a high pinion and the 2000 has a low pinion D30. Are the shafts interchangable? Thanks

    Yes, I just decided to paint over them. I put two coats of bed liner after cutting out and welding in a few plates to mitigate the usual rust. I know 98-2000s have these tar mats on the floor boards. They should have just covered the entire pans with this stuff.

    I went to junkyard today for the first time in probably 15 years to grab a few parts for my roof racks. I noticed every XJ had the instrument panel gone. Would this be worth keeping around?

    Yep made a special trip the junk yard. I had never been to this one. I found the ends I needed on a ZJ. Also grabbed a few plastic pieces I needed.

    I need the clampy things that go on the bars side to side. I have the bars but clampy things on the ends are damaged.

    Does anyone know where I might find two of the clamping sections for the cross bars? All I see on Ebay are full sets including rails. Unfortunately, my parts jeep does not have the roof racks. Thank You all!

    I just swapped out the hinge pins and bushings on my drivers door. The Harbor Freight pneumatic shop stool was perfect for supporting the door.

    I got new fuel tank installed that had 2000 miles on the fuel pump. Fuel gauge is working now. I replaced injectors with K Suspension 4 ports. Jeep is running so great now.
