    Re: What was done to YOUR rig today MECHANICALY???? Rigged an emergency brake cable to work with my 8.8 disk brakes. All parts purchased at the hardware store for less than $10. Now I just need it to last a day or so to get it inspected!

    What is/was the least fun thing u had to do building your jeep?

    Remove the leaf springs to put on new ones. The bolt broke off in the middle of the spring, no way to get it out except get the grinder to the mount and start cutting until it was free. Removing the other side of the bolt was just as fun. The weld broke loose on the nut inside the frame rail...
