While looking at the relays I was able to pull them out and flip the entire relay and case over and test the wires. When I did this I foudn ou that everything was working except for the orange lead wire to the fuel pump.

Ok well I have no power to the fuel pump at all
I have checked the relay and even played musial chairs with the relays to see if that was it.
Anyone have an idea?

Ok I know this subject has been beat to death.
But I have been hearing that you can actually use the 2wd transmission if you remove the rear tail cone. Does anyone have a write up on this?
Or possible know exactly what needs to be done?

This is a very good point. You need to also look at the latch. 80% of the guys that run bumpers like this one in my area have to go buy and install a different type of latch to keep it from swinging open. That pin style latch has a tendance to pop whne you hit a bump after a few months of wear...
