I am almost done giving my xj a completely new suspension. I have the OME medium duty 2.25" lift installed.
I just pressed out the old axle side track bar bushing in favour of a new two piece poly bushing.
I noticed that the sleeve on the new bushing has a bit of slop in it. I am going to...
Well, here is the update.
3rd leaf pulled, it reduced the lift by 1 3/4", 30" was stock/sagged, 36" with full leaf pack, 34.25" with 3rd leaf removed
Jeep has a much nicer rake to it now.
And from the back

I bought them locally in Calgary here at a company called Quest Industrial. With a tube of blue loctite, bottle of loctite clean n prep, it came to less then $75 Canadian.
It probably cost less then $75 as I have a pile of leftovers, and when I wrote the original list I just added 2 washers...
Hi all, I'm new here, been a creeper for awhile. Thought I'd contribute something for my first post.
I'm not new to jeeps, I own 3 of them, and have owned 7 in total.
I am in the middle of installing and Old man emu lift on my 99 sport. I chose to replace all the control arm bushings in the...
