I'm from Minnesota. The jeep is mostly stock except intake/exhaust and steering. I've only taken it wheelin once @ Spider Lake in MN so I have a lot to learn. Sorry, its not the best pic, but it's all I have at the moment.

Just moved to Seattle and would like to join in on the fun. I should be able to make it on Sunday. Just curious if I need any registration or license in WA or would an out of state registration carry over?
