    Transmission Flush -- Good or BAD?

    I work in a shop where we do this all the time. Over 100k mi, change filter and have it flushed. ive had good luck using Lucas as an additive.

    Can anything be done to improve performance of the 2.5 ? This is a 96 XJ and its stock. Im brand new at this so pardon my ignorance. Can it be replaced with a 4.0 ?
